About shipping
we offer free shipping around UK for orders over £60
For orders under £60, the standard shipping rate is £3.15
For express delivery, shipping rate is £4.25
We use Royal Mail for the shipping as standard.
*Shipment Responsibility
a. Once the order has been dispatched and the tracking number has been provided through email. It is the delivery company and customer' s responsibility to keep tracking the parcel.
b. It is the customer's responsibility to keep your email and phone open for delivery calls
c. Free cover for the package is £20. In this case any parcel damage or lost, customers will be titled to get £20 refund from the delivery company. If you wish for the full cover for your parcel, please contact our customer service team. And the customer will be billed extra as delivery company cover charge rate for this.
d. Any lost / damage parcel issue involved refund quest. Customer needs to contact the delivery company not the seller. The refund amount details please see above.
About return
we are sorry you would like to return your products
Please note that we cannot accept the following returns:
- Any item requested for return outside the 30-day time frame.
- Items that have been used.
- Items where any packaging / label has been removed.
- Any product deemed by us to be not re-saleable.
- Items where the branded packaging has been damaged.
- Any item purchased at a sample sale or as seconds.
- We will only cover the return shipping cost if any of the following conditions are met:
a. The product has a quality issue.
b. The wrong product has been dispatched from us to the customer.
- All orders valued £200 and above, TangGuh offers free shipping insurance on the delivery. If customer
choose to return the products in total valued £200 and above, we will only cover the insurance if the following conditions are met:
a. The product has a quality issue.
b. The wrong product has been dispatched from us to the customer.
To return your item simply securely seal it in its original protective packaging and drop us an email.
